I have a large furniture item I want to list, but I don’t think I would be comfortable packing it on my own. What are my options?

At Yobler, we have kept in mind that you might struggle to pack some of your larger items for shipment. When listing these items, you have the option to select a Local Pick Up option only. In this case, we would help you find a buyer in the local area around you and post the sale, we will co-ordinate to get the buyer to pick up the goods directly from you, thus eliminating the need to pack. Please do bear in mind that this option would limit the number of buyers who would have access to your listing.

Alternatively, you could get in touch with us as we can help you locate a local packer in your area who could help you professionally pack the goods. 

What all can I list on Yobler

Anything that your child has outgrown or does not use any longer can be listed on Yobler. If you can’t find a category that it fits in, please write to us and we would be happy to assist you with the same. 

Can I list my product on multiple Platforms

No. Products listed with Yobler should exclusively be listed with Yobler.

How do I price my listings?

Finding the right price your product depends on the condition of the product and it’s MRP. We have broadly created the below categories with indication of a listing price as a % of MRP

New, Unused & Unopened in Original Packaging – Around 80%

New, Unused but Opened/Without Tag – Around 70%

Barely Used – As good as new – Around 50%

Loved by my child – Good condition with couple of scratches – Around 40%

Well used – In working condition with some wear&team/damages – Around 30%

Please do keep in mind that we retain a 15% of the sale value as our fee

How do I manage my seller account when travelling?

If you are a registered vendor with products on the website, we suggest you temporary close your vendor store when travelling to avoid stress of dispatching the goods incase of any orders placed during that time period. The best way to do the same is to write to us and we will temporarily disable the account. And when you are back, please get in touch with us and we will have your account back up and running in no time. 

What are my responsibilities as a seller?

Yobler provides a platform for you to sell all your kids goods that you no longer use. However, with that power comes a responsibility. As ask that our sellers

  • -Truthfully and honestly list their product with accurate description & honest condition feedback.
  • -Sanitize and clean products before dispatching them
  • -Pack the products safely with ample protection and compact boxes. Please see the packing guidelines
  • -Attach the correct packing slips to the products
  • -Hand over the product to our delivery partner when they visit to collect the product
Can I return my purchase?

Since the items listed on Yobler find their way from one loving home to another, all purchases made on the website and final, and we do not entertain returns.

However, you do have a window of 24 hrs from the time of delivery of the goods to highlight any misrepresentations/damages of the items that you have received. We ask you to take an opening video when unboxing your product as proof of damages etc. Please connect with our customer service team, and we would gladly assist you in resolving the issue / returning the misrepresented product etc.

How does the process work to sell my good?

We are not a shop, we are online platform to help you to sell your kid’s pre-owned stuff and buy new ones. We are not a seller, we are providing place and possibility to post your item, contact with possible buyers and just sell it. You will need to register in our website, add item you would like to sell, upload photos of item and wait for the potential buyer to make a purchase. We are just helping you through our online platform to find potential buyers and facilitate the sale process. 

How does Yobler work?

Your kids have grown and you don’t know what to do with the outgrown kid’s clothes, shoes, toys, etc. Meanwhile you need to upgrade your kid’s closet with the new size clothes, age-appropriate toys and games, bedding, furniture? At Yobler you can post your kid’s pre-owned items, sell them by yourself, and make new purchase from our website.

Yobler is a simple and easy to use platform. Simply visit our website, add the products you would like to buy to your cart, checkout and pay using the various payment options available to you via Razorpay or CC Avenue.

Once the order is confirmed with the seller, our logistics partner will go ahead and pick up the product and deliver it to your chosen address.
